Most keepers feed Dubia that are no larger than the space between the eyes of the reptile or animal being fed.

What is MBD? Metabolic Bone Disease is not mentioned enough by retailers that sell dubia roaches. Captive-raised reptiles need large amounts of calcium in their diet in order to grow properly.
