Shipping

All orders containing LIVE shrimp, snails, fish and/or plants will ship out every Monday of the week.

For example, if you place a order on Wednesday, it will ship out the upcoming Monday. This is to ensure orders do not end up being stuck in transit at the post office over the weekend if there are any unforeseen delays in the mailing servirce.

All the other orders, have a 2-day processing time before being shipped. If you would like your shipment to be sent on a later date, please contact us.

For the best healthy outcome of your order with LIVE shrimp, snails, fish and/or plants, please inform us if the temperatures in your area are below 35degrees F or over 100degrees F. Extra insulation will be provided for your order to accommodate. Please do not forget to select shipping with the added heat pack for temps below 30degrees F in your area. Heat Packs are recomenned for temperatures below 30degrees F for our Fish and Snails Only. We recommend to pickup any orders of LIVE Shrimp,Snails and Fish at your local post office with temperatures over 105 degrees F or below 25degrees F. Please add a special note in your order if you would like this option.

Policy

If there are any DOAs (dead on arrival), please take a picture of the unopened bag within 2 hours of the delivery. We will replace your shipment of the dead shrimp, plants, snails and/or fish if it exceeds the free DOAs that are added to cover possible DOAs.

You must cover cost of shipping when replacements are being sent. Replacements itself will be free.

We do not cover shipping delays nor can control shipping. We will do our best to work with you if a delay occurs. Failure to inform us of temperatures below 30degrees F in your area or not selecting shipping with a added heat pack with temperatures below 30 degrees F will result in voiding our DOA Policy. DOAs exceeding the extra shrimp added for DOAs will not be refunded when this is due to not being informed of temperatures below 30degrees F or not selecting shipping with the added heat pack.

We add a plus 2 free shrimp to cover any possible DOA’s for our Neo shrimp. A plus 1 free shrimp is added to cover any possible DOAs for our caridnia shrimp. For mystery snails an extra 1 snail will be added in orders to cover possible DOAs.
