Cholla Wood 3 Pack

$10.00

Cholla wood is made up of a ton of unique holes and is hollow through the center which provides a natural cover for shrimp to hide. Cholla Wood has multiple benefits, one of them being it will grow biofilm which is a main food source for shrimp. This provides a natural feeding ground for all types of shrimp. It also releases tannins into the water, similarly to Adler cones and other natural products which is very beneficial to the tank’s inhabitants.

When cholla wood is added straight to an aquarium it will float and usually takes 24-48 hours to sink. To sink cholla wood immediately, it can be boiled for 2-5 minutes. Cool the wood before adding it directly to the aquarium.

Cholla Wood will be sold in a pack of 3, each log will be about 6 inches.
